There are a lot of incompetent people around.
They always find ways to avoid anything complicated that requires to do some work. They employ external agents, consultants, make reports and pull wool over our eyes.
They are the masters of blurred thinking.
Usually they decrease the service and compensate by spending a fortune on a new logo and name, because it's the easy thing to do, whereas serving the customers is very difficult.
Then they meddle with everything: electricity board provides water and gaz; etc. You get the idea.
As they were incompetent when they had only one product in the first place, why do they think they can provide several services?
Of course, they can't: total shambles is the result.
Watch for a few key words:
PROVIDER- SERVICE- INTERNET
Weakest link is usually PROVIDERS. Most of them have no idea of what it is all about.
Setting up a SERVICE, even inexistent, is easy. Get an automatic subscription on line to attract members and forget about customer service. It is usually impossible to cancel your account, change it or move it to somewhere else.
Getting any sense from them when there is a problem is impossible; no answers in their FAQs on their Internet site, no contact on the telephone, except pre-record inane messages: we all know the score.
